6/14/07 \\ We will be having our first Wednesday night Tournament on July 11th!
the "A Midsummer Night's Toss" tournament will be our first kick off for the summer and we hope you will join us! All ages are welcome as well as all skill levels. The format for the night will be a "Shamble"! What is a Shamble? Well, This would be where all members of the foursome tee off and the best drive of the four tee shots is selected. All players move their discs to the spot of the best drive. From this point, the hole is played out at stroke play, with all members of the foursome playing their own disc into the hole. We will only be playing 9 holes but there will be a surprise bonus hole somewhere on the course to make ten. Pretty simple right?
Entry Fee is $2 (Why so cheap? I want you to come out and play!)
Field is limited to 36 competitors
Check in - 6:30 to Start (Early Birds will get a bonus!)
Players Meeting - 7:15
Shotgun Start - 7:30
Random Raffle and Awards - Following!
I also want to throw out a request for some hole sponsors! Hole sponsorship will go directly to refreshments and prizes for the tournament and will only cost you $5 bucks a hole! 9 Hole Sponsors will also get Palm Desert Custom Stamped Champion SL, so let me know as quick as you can! Cash only please.
